The Bucket Life
Our restaurants represent our founder’s vision of genuine hospitality: friendly service in a relaxed setting. In order for our associates to bring this vision to life for our guests, they must feel supported by our team and share our commitment to our values and goals. We put our associates first and in turn, they take great care of our guests. Bucket Life is our definition of “The Good Life.” It encompasses the company’s culture and philosophies and is supported daily by the following elements: Commitment to Quality, Dedication to Local Communities, Family Matters, Genuine Hospitality, and The Answer is Yes!
- We want everyone to be comfortable here.
- We cook from scratch because we think food just tastes better that way.
- We believe in family meals and love having kids and large groups in our restaurants.
- We love when there’s a game on. Sports are about camaraderie for us.
- We know beer and always pour the perfect draft.
- We believe cocktails are a craft and train our bar staff as we train our kitchen team.
- We live tavern life. We are a community hub and a neighborhood gathering place.
We understand raising funds for your school and organizations can be time consuming. Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern takes the hassle out of planning and organizing fundraisers. You pick the date, we create the flyer and you print and distribute them to family and friends. On that chosen date, anyone who presents the flyer will have 15% of their net sales (food and soft beverages) donated to your organization. It's that easy! How our Dine ‘n Donate Days work:
- Fill out the Request Form and have your W-9 with Tax ID number ready to submit with the request form.
- Call and speak with your neighborhood Rusty Bucket manager to schedule a day for your event. (based on availability, Monday - Wednesday)
- Once your event is approved, we’ll design a flyer for your event! You simply print and distribute the flyers.
- On the day of your event, guests will enjoy a great meal at Rusty Bucket and 15%* of their bill will be donated back to your organization!
*Dine-in only, valid on food and soft beverages only.
