served blackened, topped with pico de gallo, green cabbage, avocado lime drizzle, fresh cilantro and served with Cuban style black beans and rice.

Macaroni ‘n Cheese
Swiss and American cheese melted with heavy cream and Blue Moon white ale; tossed with jumbo elbow macaroni; topped with kettle cooked potato chips, scallions, and diced tomatoes; served with garlic cheese bread

Harvest Salad
roasted chicken, kale, cranberries, sweet corn, quinoa, farro, grape tomatoes, peppers, toasted almonds & pecans, fresh herbs and a sherry mustard vinaigrette

Pan Seared Salmon
seasoned with a soy glaze, sticky rice and stir fried vegetables

Pesto Chicken Pasta
spaghetti sautéed with garlic, white wine, olive oil, fresh baby spinach, mushrooms and oven roasted tomatoes, topped with a pesto marinated chicken breast and served with garlic cheese bread

made fresh daily, stacked atop our mashers and covered with BBQ gravy and crispy onion rings; served with green beans and oven roasted carrots
