Newly expanded and remodeled restaurant to open May 23
Solon, OH – Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern on Kruse Drive in Solon has begun a remodel and will hold a Grand Re-Opening charity day on Thursday, May 23, 2013. The remodel will incorporate new design enhancements along with 1,200 additional square feet of restaurant. A portion of proceeds from the day will be donated to two rewarding local programs.
The neighborhood gathering place will have just over 5,000 total square feet of space and seating for 240 guests. A new private dining room with complete A/V hookup will seat up to 40 guests to accommodate business, social and community gatherings. Additional design enhancements include, a “video wall” big-screen projection television, which can be used as one large screen or individual screens. The restaurant will feature new wood tables and chairs in the dining room along with black leather booths and upgraded lighting. New interior signage and a fireplace will complete the restaurant’s interior ambiance. The patio will also receive a makeover with new furniture.
The redesign will also include four additional draft beer lines, including Rogue and Sam Adams seasonal, totaling to 16 draft lines to compliment the recently added handcrafted artisan pizzas.
One of the programs receiving proceeds from the charity day is the Solon Academic Boosters for promoting, recognizing and rewarding academic achievement of Solon students. The other is the Solon Blue Ribbon Summer Specials Needs Program, which provides students with extended school year services and camp activities.
To complete the majority of the remodel, Rusty Bucket Solon will be closed for business starting Wednesday, May 15, with the Grand Re-Opening on Thursday, May 23, beginning with lunch service.
