RUSTY BUCKET RESTAURANT OPENS TODAY

WHAT:            The Columbus-Ohio-based Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern opens its doors today.  The grand opening celebration benefits a local charity, the Payton Wright Foundation, founded by Patrick and Holly Wright who lost their five-year-old daughter, Payton, to brain cancer in 2007. The Wrights now raise funds to assist families in need who are seeking treatment for pediatric brain cancer. Twenty percent of the opening day proceeds at the Rusty Bucket will benefit the Payton Wright Foundation.

 

WHERE:         257 N. Cattleman Road in The District at University Town Center in Sarasota

 

WHEN:           Beginning today, January 22, Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern will be open for lunch and dinner daily, with operating hours from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

BACKGROUND:

With more than 4,200 square feet and 11 televisions, Rusty Bucket seats 122 guests in the bar and dining areas and a private dining area accommodates up to 16. An outdoor patio to enjoy the Florida weather, seats 62. Throughout the restaurant, there will be eleven televisions, with seven on the interior and four on the patio.
