The Columbus-based casual dining chain is adding a few menu items aimed at customers looking for healthier options along with a new bourbon blend made just for Rusty Bucket and an India pale ale brewed exclusively for its restaurants by Four String Brewing Co.

The menu additions are hummus served with pita and cut vegetables; a harvest salad featuring roasted chicken, sweet corn, cranberries, quinoa, farro, tomatoes and peppers; citrus roasted salmon; and side dishes like asparagus and a quinoa and farro side salad. The new menu items debut Monday.

The new IPA is called Paradise Session, which is a traditional, hoppy pale ale that gets a dose of pineapple. It goes on tap across all Ohio Rusty Buckets on Nov. 28.

The new bourbon is the 12th blend commissioned by Rusty Bucket and made by Woodford Reserve. The restaurants will feature a baked apple Manhattan made with the whiskey.
