Restaurant To Close For Renovations

A restaurant at the Dayton Mall will close temporarily for renovations.

The Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern in Dayton will close Aug. 19 and reopen Sept. 7 to complete a remodel, which will incorporate new design elements and updates.

The restaurant will reopen with its new look shortly before BJ’s Brewhouse — a new bar and restaurant in the Dayton market — is scheduled to open at Austin Landing.

Rusty Bucket will get new tables and booths, more lighting, 12 new beer taps, and the patio will be converted to an all-season space with a fireplace and heaters.

Located at 2812 Miamisburg Centerville Road in Miami Township, Rusty Bucket is one of 14 locations in the chain. A new location is scheduled to open in October in Mason.
