WEDNESDAY: Gluten Free with Rusty Bucket GLUTEN FREE WITH THE RUSTY BUCKET (Kellie Hanna) Chef Josh Yosick unveils the new "gluten free" menu at the Rusty Bucket restaurant to Pete and Terri. For more about what gluten free is: Click Here He is in the kitchen making blackened tilapia with broccoli and a corn and black bean salsa. For the complete printable recipe: Click Here. Terri tackles the fish part of the dish. She puts oil in the saute pan and put the blackening spices on one side of the fish. They let that sizzle in the pan for about 2 minutes before flipping it. Pete takes on the sauce. He starts with a "healthy amount" of the garlic butter in another sauce pan, adds chicken stock, a pinch of parsley, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper, and squeezes in the juice of half a lime. Chef Yosick says they have an entire menu with gluten free options. If you are interested in that menu, he says to tell the host who will give you that menu.
