Pan-seared salmon, medium, extra glaze on the side. Something you can eat and feel good about yourself, but be super satisfied, and it isn’t terrible for you.
What’s the best thing about working for the bucket?
The family that you are surrounded with at each Bucket. Feeling supported at all the Rusty Bucket locations that we have. I am a regular in our restaurants. Everyone knows who you are. Everyone is hospitable. It’s a genuine love, it’s “organic”. There’s a lot of love! Everyone has each other’s back.
Who is your biggest mentor?
Sep Adams, my General Manager. He encourages me to push myself to be the best person I can be!
