Baby spinach, mixed greens, fresh strawberries, candied pecans, sliced red onion and blue cheese crumbles all brilliantly come together to provide the base for our Blackened Salmon Salad. Toss all those fresh ingredients in our house-made Honey Vinaigrette and top with a blackened and sautéed Salmon Fillet for a salad worth raving about.
