Our restaurants represent our founder’s vision of genuine hospitality: friendly service in a relaxed setting. In order for our associates to bring this vision to life for our guests, they must feel supported by our team and share our commitment to our values and goals. The first and most important focus of our Culture is to engage every Associate with a shared commitment to our values, goals, and management process. Essentially our Associates at every level need to understand the answers to the following questions:

Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is comprised of unique individuals who contribute to the synergy of a thriving organization built on hospitality. Our WHOLE Commitment is a collaborative partnership between all Associates to inspire and support one another. Rusty Bucket’s inclusive culture based on our core philosophies, advocates awareness, sensitivity, and fairness, so all Associates feel welcome, heard, and valued. Our culture is what defines our organization. It’s so important, we decided to give it its own club! We believe work should be fun, therefore, we mix a good time with giving back. Along with our company outings (sporting events, annual Taco Throwdown and holiday parties just to name a few), we are heavily involved in our local communities. Throughout each year, our teams participate in a multitude of local charities. Have a special cause you’re passionate about? Bring it to Culture Club!

We are committed to the growth of all of our Associates. We strongly believe in promoting from within; over 70% of our managers came from the hourly ranks! Their promotions were sparked by their drive and our commitment to mentorship.
