Due to the large number of requests the Rusty Bucket receives, the following guidelines have been established for your convenience.
- Donation requests can be submitted in writing to the General Manager at your local Rusty Bucket location.
- All requests must be submitted in writing on your organization’s letterhead and include the following information:
- Organization’s Name, Address, Phone Number
- Organization Information including 501 (c) number, if possible.
- Contact Person’s Name and Phone Number
- Title and Date of Event
- Type of Fundraiser
- Due to the large amount of requests we receive, please submit your request at least 30 days prior to the event.
- Donations are not intended for use by individuals or groups for personal or corporate profit.
- We apologize, but The Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is unable to donate to companies holding campaigns for other organizations because we contribute to these very worthwhile organizations directly (The Salvation Army, United Way, American Cancer Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Special Olympics, Make a Wish foundation, and The American Red Cross).
- Unfortunately, we are not able to honor all requests that we receive, please accept our apology in advance if we are unable to fulfill your request.
